This custom one-of-a-kind owl would make a great decor piece for any collector and a great gift for someone who loves wooden art works.
This bowl is turned from a single piece of reclaimed Silver Maple wood. It is then embellished with acrylics paints using a artistic technique called dirty pour to create a unique and beautiful effect on the exterior. The rest is left natural. The bowl easures approximately 10 inches in diameter and 2-3/4 inches tall.
NOTE: Not for food use.
I am visually impaired and handcrafted this one-of-a-kind piece on my lathe.
Care instructions: Wipe dust off with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water to clean. Do not use cleaners with chemicals as the chemicals may damage the finish.

The natural variations and character of wood may be evident by the presence of different coloring in grain, unique grain patterns, sap streaks or pockets, knots, etc. Every attempt is made to get the measurements exact as described/pictured; however, due to each piece being handmade there may be slight variations in the measurements of each piece and there will be natural variations in the wood grains. Its’ uniqueness makes it a great conversation piece. Your friends and family will be amazed when they see it.
The woods that I use are local trees damaged by disease or storms and were destined for the landfill. On some occasions I do use exotic woods and those woods are sourced from certified suppliers who legally and eco-friendly harvested woods.
Color in pictures may vary from true color due to my photo studio lighting conditions and your monitor settings.
