Custom handmade decorative art piece for your coffee table, or office. This winged bowl made from a single piece of reclaimed cherry wood with live edge from the crotch of the tree. Measures about 8-3/4" X 8”w X 2”h. Finished with several coats of oil and buffed. This will look great in many decorating styles! Stand is included.
I am visually impaired and handcrafted this one-of-a-kind piece on my lathe.
Care instructions: Wipe dust off with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water to clean. Do not use chemical cleaners as that may cause damage to the finish.
The natural variations and character of wood may be evident by the presence of different coloring in grain, unique grain patterns, sap streaks or pockets, knots, etc. Every attempt is made to get the measurements exact as described/pictured; however, due to each piece being handmade there may be slight variations in the measurements of each piece and there will be natural variations in the wood grains. Its’ uniqueness makes it a great conversation piece. Your friends and family will be amazed when they see it.
The woods that I use are local trees damaged by disease or storms and were destined for the landfill. On some occasions I do use exotic woods and those woods are sourced from certified suppliers who legally and eco-friendly harvested woods.
